The National Productivity and Competitiveness Centre (NPCC), in collaboration with MSEA, is conducting a productivity mainstreaming training program for MSEA staff.
The National Productivity and Competitiveness Centre CEO, Dr. Nahashon Moitalel, paid a courtesy call to MSEA CEO Henry Rithaa before addressing the productivity mainstreaming committee. Dr. Moitalel mentioned that his team will work with MSEA to integrate productivity measurement metrics into the Authority as a way to measure efficiency, effectiveness, and impact.

He also emphasized that both the public and private sectors should inculcate productivity and embrace continuous improvement as a key strategy for gaining a competitive advantage.
The MSEA productivity committee representing all the departments has been participating in a weeklong training. Later, NPCC will engage MSEA board members on productivity mainstreaming. The training includes modules on best practices in productivity management, the importance of data-driven decision-making, and techniques for fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within organizations.
