The MSEA Busia office partnered with Border Hub to launch a Digital Literacy tool for Micro and Small Enterprises in Busia County, aiming to provide access to modern business practices for sustainable growth. Through a comprehensive training needs assessment, specific challenges of MSEs in the region were identified, leading to the creation of this tailored digital learning solution. MSEs will benefit from enhanced business skills and competitiveness through the advanced digital learning platform, supported by MSEA’s guidance.
The initiative, launched on 8th March 2024 during the International Women’s Day, highlighted the commitment to empowering MSEs in Busia County through cutting-edge resources. MSEA will continue to facilitate collaboration between MSEs and Border Hub, ensuring seamless access to the Digital Literacy tool for further enhancing business acumen and overall performance.
